I will walk alongside you on your journey and help you discover what truly matters to you.
I am a pediatric psychologist passionate about working with you and your child to overcome stressors together. Over the past eight years, I have helped teens, young adults, and parents tackle challenges related to anxiety, depression, and tricky life transitions.
As a health psychologist, I have a special interest in supporting teens and young adults with chronic illnesses, helping them live full, rich, and meaningful lives. I have had the privilege of training at some of the world’s top hospitals, including the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the National Institutes of Health. Today, I am thrilled to be the founder and director of CAYA Care, a clinic dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services.
I am committed to delivering the highest quality care for your family. I work closely with you and your child to identify your top concerns and therapy goals, select the best treatment options, and evaluate progress. I strive to understand and validate your experiences, and together, we will build a toolbox of evidence-based strategies to help you thrive.
Whether you’re dealing with caregiving stress, anxiety, depression, or managing a chronic illness, I’m here to support your family every step of the way.
Let’s work together to create a brighter future, one filled with confidence, resilience, and hope.
